Great care is reserved to the launching of a new product and the introduction of a new distributor.
Technicians of every distributor around the world attend training courses in small groups on the AMS premises in Rome.
Residential (in house) courses are also performed on the distributors premises.
The courses for PRODUCT SPECIALIST and/or SERVICE ENGINEER last one week. At the end of the course, trainees receive a certificate qualifying them to operate in their zone.
